Students of Color Conference

Thursday, March 30, 2017  8am – 1:30pm

Our Mission
The mission of the conference is to educate and inform middle and high school students of color about various career options, and to encourage students to think big, to dream big, to believe that success through education is possible, and to believe it is well within reach.

What’s your dream?
To be an astronaut? A Hollywood star? The scientist that discovers the cure for AIDS? You might not think your dreams mean much but we have a panel of successful local people who are going to tell you otherwise. Your dreams are where it all starts. If you can dream it, you can achieve it!

Come Spend A Few Hours
EvCC’s Annual Students of Color Career Conference is geared towards middle and high school students of color in the Snohomish County area. This conference provides students with an easy and comfortable forum to meet and ask questions of many of our area’s most prominent professionals of color. Hear from those who have gone before you; they can be your most valuable teachers.

If you live in Snohomish County, this conference is for you
This conference offers you the rare opportunity to gain close access to highly knowledgeable and respected community and business leaders in very informal surroundings. Make valuable contacts for those important future opportunities and decisions lying beyond your high school years. This is an annual event you don’t want to miss!
