1st Annual Golf Classic in support of the UFSC-Puget Sound Chapter Scholarship & Mentoring programs registration details are coming soon.

Proceeds from this golf tournament help to support scholarships to minority professionals and interns pursuing careers in the financial services industry.  Specifically 75% of the net proceeds will support our youth scholarships and Mark I Emerging Leaders Apprentice National Challenge programs. The FSC-PS Charitable Foundation was formed in February 2008 to support the programs of the UFSC-Puget Sound Chapter.  We rely on donations from family, individuals, corporations, and special event fundraisers help us to provide services to the underserved communities and low to moderate income households.  The FSC-PS Charitable Foundation is a tax-deductible 501 (c) 3 organization (EIN:26-1801775) and is comprised of all volunteer staff.

Your generous donations help us to continue to support the mission of the UFSC-Puget Sound Chapter in being the preeminent financial services organization that provides professional development, supports educational advancement, and promotes economic empowerment to our members and underserved communities at large.

UFSC Intercollegiate Oratorical Competition

Devin

2013 UFSC-Puget Sound Chapter and Western Regional Winner

Devin Anderson joined the public speaking community in September of 2009 as a senior in high school. As the youngest member of the Waikiki Toastmasters club, he had the opportunity to give numerous speeches and observe distinguished Toastmasters fine tune their skills. He has been a master of ceremonies at a dinner hosting a thousand guests and has led the Seattle University Toastmasters Club as President for the 2012-2013 school year.

Devin is a Seattle University undergraduate student majoring in Computer Science and also works in the schools IT Data Center. He aspires to be a network engineer and/or possibly an IT manager.

Outside of school and work, Devin enjoys inline skating, exploring the Seattle scene, and reading Daniel Silva’s Gabriel Allon series.
